Recycle and help Haiti

The Niverville-based Haitian Community Development Project is raising funds by recycling inkjet cartridges and used cell phones. When you recycle your inkjet cartridges and cell phones HCDP gets 15 donation from Planet Green, and folks can buy new remanufactured cartridges at up to 70 percent discounts. Sponsored by the West Athens-Lime Street Fire Company #1 Inc., all proceeds at this pancake breakfast this morning benefited the Ashland Fire Department, which lost all apparatus and equipment due to a fire last week. The event was packed, standing room only.
