Walk for Peace passes through Hudson

A 180-mile “Walk for Peace” passed through Hudson today on its way to Kinderhook. The group included Jun Anju-san, an internationally known Buddhist who helps run a Peace Pagoda (one of only two in the U.S.) at the walk’s destination in Grafton, New York. This walk left NYC on Sept. 11, and will arrive in Grafton Sept. 22. It will leave Kinderhook tomorrow for Schodack Center, and then goes to Albany, Niskyuna, Colonie, Scotia, Ballston Lake, Waterford, and Troy. For more information contact Jules at 201-566-8403.
